Nintendo 3DS oferă un „acord de utilizare” aberant

Am mai avut ocazia să arunc cu ochiu pe multe astfel de înțelegeri scrise de corporatiști însetați de sânge verde, în special TOS-urile redactate de avocații Microsoft pentru Windowx XP, Sony pentru PlayStation 2, Activision pentru jocurile sale etc. Dar, se pare că Nintendo ține cu orice preț să ofere cumpărătorului, implicit utilizatorului de 3DS, un nou parteneriat scris care nu se bazează pe un compromis reciproc al părților, așa cum ar fi și normal, ci doar pe sclavism favorizarea părții producătoare.
